

Relaxation (Swedish) Massage
The use of light and broad strokes to encourage
relaxation. A great way to treat your body to some TLC!
Therapeutic Massage
Manipulation of the soft tissues of the body for the
purpose of normalizing those tissues and consists of
manual techniques that include applying fixed and
movable pressure to the muscle with a contrast of light
and deep pressure.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep pressure which releases chronic muscle tension
by penetrating to the deepest layers of muscle
tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints).

Pre-Natal Massage
Relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced
during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg
cramps, headaches and edema (or swelling). Can only be done
after the first trimester
(12 weeks+).
Post Partum Massage
New moms will not only find relief from shoulder and neck aches due to carrying their new babies, but will also
have all the usual benefits from massage. Provides
support for the new mother under the common physical
and emotional strains of mothering.

Diabetic Neuropathy
This type massage helps with poor circulation
which is a huge problem in diabetic clients and often
leads to numbness in hands, feet and legs.
Lymphatic Massage
Gentle massage which is intended to encourage
the natural drainage of the lymph, which
carries waste products away from the tissues back
toward the heart. It is particularly good for
detoxification and edema
Trigger Point Massage
Deep finger pressure on body areas suffering from
chronic muscle tension or areas that ache or feel
contracted.
Reflexology
Therapeutic method of relieving pain by
stimulating predefined pressure points on the feet
and hands.
